This cookie dough is healthy and full of fiber and protein, but more importantly, it's delicious!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1/2 tbsp Nut butter
- 1/2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp Dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mash all ingredients, excluding the chocolate chips, with a fork
- Fold in the chocolate chips and adjust cinnamon as needed
- Enjoy!!
