Deliciously Toasty Maple Apples
These are the perfect topping to pancakes, french toast, ice cream, or even just on their own!

Ingredients
- 1 Apple
- 1/2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp Butter My favorite is Earth Balance
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Finely chop apples
- Add butter and maple syrup to a small skillet and heat on med-low
- Add cinnamon and apples and stir
- Keep stirring until apples are evenly coated in the mixture, hot, and tender
- Remove from heat and let cool for about a minute
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe also works really well with peaches, and likely other fruits as well (let me know in the comments if you’ve experimented with a new fruit)
