Deliciously Toasty Maple Apples
These are the perfect topping to pancakes, french toast, ice cream, or even just on their own!

Maple syrup

Butter
My favorite is Earth Balance

Cinnamon
Instructions
Finely chop apples
Add butter and maple syrup to a small skillet and heat on med-low
Add cinnamon and apples and stir
Keep stirring until apples are evenly coated in the mixture, hot, and tender
Remove from heat and let cool for about a minute
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe also works really well with peaches, and likely other fruits as well (let me know in the comments if you've experimented with a new fruit)
